1. YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return most products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unopened and unused.
1.1 When You Are Eligible for a Refund

✅ You were sent the wrong item
✅ Your order never arrived (confirmed lost by courier)
✅ You changed your mind and returned an unopened, sealed product within 14 days
1.2 When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund
❌ You opened or used the product (for hygiene & health reasons)
❌ You are requesting a refund more than 14 days after receiving your order
❌ The product was damaged after delivery

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To start a refund or return, follow these steps:

- Email info@snusclub.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- If the item is faulty, include clear photos showing the issue.
📦 Step 2: Return the Item
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Securely package the product and include a note with your name & order number.
- Use a tracked shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns).
💰 Step 3: Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
🔹 If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
🔹 If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days after approval:
- Check your bank statement – Sometimes refunds take extra time to process.
- Contact your bank or payment provider – There may be delays on their end.

5. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CASES
📌 Sale Items – Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
📌 Bundles & Multi-Packs – Partial refunds may not be available if part of a set is returned.
📌 Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost parcels unless confirmed missing by Royal Mail or courier.
